General terms and conditions
I. Guarantee
1. To our products we issue a guarantee of a half year at material defects.
2. The customer has to check the products immediately after receipt and send possible claims written to us within of 8 days.
3. Arising claims from legitimate complaints limit basically to rectification of defects of the goods, whose replacement or retraction.
4. The customer has an absolute right of return within 5 days after receipt of goods without statement of reasons.
5. The customer remains at twice failure of the rectification of defects to reserve the right to claim at his choice a reduction of the purchase price or cancellation of the contract
6. All claims to material defects become time-barred after expiration of warranty period.
7. Production revisions or deformations and changes of the scope of delivery are possible in the course of enhancement
8. The good travel at receptor’s risk. Transport damages have to advise immediately to the freight carrier.
II. Ordering
1. Please order the goods in writing, stating of the correct and detailed vehicle data (year of manufacture!) and order numbers.
2. Of course you can also order by telephone.
3. At orderings from abroad the minimum order value amounts 100,-EURO.
4. The minimum order value inland amounts 50,-EURO.
III. Delivery
1. We deliver with German post (Deutsche Post), UPS or with forwarding agency known by us.
2. The delivery time amounts normally approx. 1 week. In the months March to June is from experience to reckon with a small longer delivery time.
3. Should be foreseeing contrary to expectations a delivery time of over 3 weeks the customer will be informed by us.

V. Reconsignment
1. Without prior consultation to us, returned goods as well as unfree returns will be rejected.
2. For special design exists on the part of the customer an obligation to accept in any case. A retraction to our warehouse cannot takes place.
VI. Prices
1. The prices are quoted ex works plus legal VAT.
2. If the prices rise for price formation determining expense factor we reserve the right to adjust the prices.
VII. Technical Inspection Agency
1. We refer that for using of our products in road traffic an official license is necessary.
2. Our products are to assemble by a garage. They must be demonstrated to a motor vehicle assessor of Technical Inspection Agency or DEKRA for inspection. Normally it takes place through an individual technical approval.
3. A retraction of a product due to official complaints cannot takes place.
1. The forwarding expenses are included in price.
